Ruben Schmitz is a photographer, based in Berlin. 

Initially inspired as a teenager by the style of cinematography, and after his studies in communication design, he drifted into photography.

His work shows combination of advertising and zeitgeist and is influenced by his own passion for long distance running and the outdoors.

His commercial work has led him to collaborate with brands such as Nike, Arcteryx, Maurten, Google, Oakley, Zeiss, Bandit, Tylko, Uber, Hoka, Mental Athletic and Berlin Braves.
